Revenue Operations

• Own the Revenue Engine: Architect and run the systems, processes, and reporting that power the full funnel across marketing, sales, and customer success.
• GTM Tech Stack: Own Salesforce and the surrounding tooling, ensuring our stack is clean, integrated, and built to scale.
• Forecasting & Analytics: Build accurate forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and dashboards that give leadership a real-time view of the business.
• Planning & Design: Lead territory design, quota setting, and commission/comp plan structures that align incentives with company goals.
• Process & Data Integrity: Define lead routing, SLAs, and data hygiene standards so every record is trustworthy and every handoff is seamless.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, CS to drive operational rigor.
• Set the Foundation: Establish RevOps best practices and scalable infrastructure from the ground up, laying the groundwork for the function as the company grows.

Solutions Engineer

• Join live customer calls—especially for new accounts that need fast onboarding or setup support
• Guide customers through technical steps such as CRM integration walkthroughs, field mapping, enrichment workflows, and lead routing logic
• Run ad hoc onboarding sessions or “office hours” to unblock customers in real-time
• Support CSMs by assisting on the technical aspects of implementation
• Help configure Popl for unique customer use cases that require specialized workflows or data logic
• Translate customer requirements into actionable setup recommendations
• Partner with the Integrations Program Manager to share real-time customer feedback and edge-case patterns
• Act as an internal resource for teammates needing support on technical topics or product configurations
• Participate in cross-functional enablement sessions to increase fluency across the broader CX and GTM orgs

Outside Sales

• Capture & Qualify Leads: Approach prospected leads at trade shows and conferences.
• Own First Touch: Be the first point of contact for potential customers, understanding their pain points and clearly articulating how Popl can help
• Drive Pipeline: Book qualified meetings for our Account Executives and help fuel our revenue engine
• Travel for Events: Attend multiple industry trade shows and conferences every month
• CRM Hygiene: Keep CRM & outreach tools organized and updated with accurate contact and opportunity data
• Collaborate: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to continuously improve messaging and process
• Coach & train: Share best practices and help train other team members on sales tactics.
