Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meticulously test the Popl Dashboard and mobile app to ensure all updates, features, and bug fixes perform flawlessly.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to communicate issues and verify fixes.
  • Provide frontline support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and help users get the most out of Popl.
