About the role
- Assist with the day-to-day management of Amazon and marketplace media campaigns
- Support in monitoring and optimising campaigns to achieve client goals
- Conduct research, build reports, and analyse performance data to generate insights
- Help develop test plans and contribute to strategic discussions with guidance from senior colleagues
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure campaigns run smoothly
- Learn to translate client objectives into actionable tactics and support campaign set-up and execution
- Build foundational knowledge in paid search and marketplace media best practices
- Work closely with senior team members and support client communication
Requirements
- Interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, or media
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart creation is a plus)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive attitude
- No prior agency experience required
