About the role
- Coordinate and manage rebate audits for clients, liaising with third-party auditors, clients, internal teams, and legal
- Manage audit logistics, track progress, and deliver audit materials on time
- Research and respond to auditor inquiries and client questions
- Identify, escalate, and resolve audit exceptions related to pharmacy rebates
- Maintain detailed documentation of audit correspondence and activities
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on audit status and key findings
- Ensure audits are executed efficiently, accurately, and with minimal business disruption
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in audit coordination, project management, or a related field
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Familiarity with pharmacy rebate processes or healthcare industry practices
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience working with third-party auditors and client-facing teams
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively seek opportunities for growth
