About the role
- Assist in the development of design concepts and detailed architectural plans
- Prepare and review drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and construction teams
- Coordinate with field personnel to monitor construction progress and resolve design or technical issues
- Work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure the highest standards of design and construction
- Stay current with architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 6 years of architectural design and/or project management experience
- Strong design background, technical expertise, and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, or other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Excellent creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within deadlines with minimal supervision
- Candidates should have their own laptop or desktop computer
