About the role

  • Be a key contributor to project success by completing assigned tasks on time, within budget ensuring accuracy and compliance with Arcadis requirements and relevant national standards and codes of practice – while always aiming to exceed client expectations.
  • Duties may include, but are not limited to electronic or manual drafting, developing sketches, conducting research and data collection, preparing presentations, report writing, constructing models, performing calculations, basic analysis, mapping, rendering, and assembling image boards. Preparation of sections and details, producing design and construction documents. Revises and updates drawings as requested by others.
  • Take ownership of your work by reviewing it carefully to ensure it meets the required standards before it’s shared with others.
  • Bring a strong technical mindset to the role – this is at the heart of what makes you effective and valuable.
  • Collaborate closely with Workplace colleagues from other countries, primarily in the North America and China. As we adopt a One Team approach, clear and consistent communication is essential to maintaining the quality and integrity of our project outcomes.
  • Support project rollouts with flexibility and adaptability. Be prepared to work on multiple projects and switch between them efficiently as needed.
  • Monitor the performance of project team members, identifying and ensuring any issues are resolved, in coordination with Team Leads, Task Managers and Line Managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related equivalent.
  • 7 years + of experience, with a proven track record in Workplace or Interior Architecture design.
  • Solid drawing production experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential to this role.
  • Previous experience on projects across North America is preferred.
  • Client presentation and coordination experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Autocad is essential.
  • Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape & Twin Motion is a plus.
  • Strong command in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions.
  • Open-mindedness and enthusiasm for contributing to the team’s digital initiative and process automation efforts.
