Partner with R&D to manage the product lifecycle from concept through beta testing to commercial launch.
Advance strategies to generate revenue from existing services through pricing, positioning, and promotions.
Work with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market plans, campaigns, and sales enablement tools.
Build frameworks, processes, and resources to improve Product Management team efficiency.
Lead customer research, implement pricing/positioning initiatives, launch new products, and implement new features to promote satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements
Extensive experience with microbial sequencing including whole genome sequencing and metagenomic approaches spanning all aspects of the workflow from sample preparation to data analysis.
Deep knowledge of the synthetic biology / microbe engineering market including key verticals beyond academia and common use cases for next generation sequencing.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience launching products or services that deliver clear customer value, including managing the full workflow from sample preparation through data analysis.
Proven ability to drive revenue from established products through pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
Experience influencing and collaborating effectively with customers and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
Expertise in building product roadmaps and managing the full product lifecycle.
Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on customer impact.
Advanced degree in molecular biology, genetics, or related field (PhD preferred).
Outstanding leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
