About the role
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, schedules and events for health services staff
- Collaborate with supervisors to create initial 2-3 weeks of onboarding schedules for new staff
- Partner with HR to coordinate new employee orientation processes
- Assign, review and track staff online trainings using the affiliate's online learning system to ensure accreditation standards are met
- Communicate with trainers and trainees to ensure a successful training experience
- Understand and follow PPGP’s training program and utilize training materials
- Review and maintain Patient Access and Reporting training materials
- Monitor Learning & Development team email inbox and files and maintain skill checklists or respond if required
- Travel to various locations to provide on-site training support throughout all four states in the affiliate
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience with electronic health records, specifically patient access
- 1 year experience in conducting or coordinating training for employees
- 1-2 years’ experience with direct patient care
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to travel to all affiliate states
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a health care setting
- Preferred: 1-3 years EPIC experience
- Preferred: Experience with Sexual & Reproductive healthcare
- Preferred: Experienced in developing and maintaining good working relationships with physicians and other clinical staff and acting as a role model for the highest level of clinical practice
