About the role
- Building the AI platform for underserved industries (automotive and healthcare)
- In-person role in our San Francisco office, 5 days a week
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and timely process
- Maintain candidate data and pipelines in our Ashby ATS with accuracy
- Improve processes and enhance the candidate experience
- Support offer preparation, onboarding, and other recruiting operations as needed
- Interface with the executive team to source and hire engineers, operators, and founders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, G Suite, Slack, and Notion (or similar tools)
- Passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience
