About the role

  • Building the AI platform for underserved industries (automotive and healthcare)
  • In-person role in our San Francisco office, 5 days a week
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and timely process
  • Maintain candidate data and pipelines in our Ashby ATS with accuracy
  • Improve processes and enhance the candidate experience
  • Support offer preparation, onboarding, and other recruiting operations as needed
  • Interface with the executive team to source and hire engineers, operators, and founders

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, G Suite, Slack, and Notion (or similar tools)
  • Passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience
