💰 $48,000 - $55,000 per year
About the role
- Supervise and lead a team of caregivers by training, developing, and supporting them
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to discuss client needs and market insights
- Prepare new caregivers for their first day and conduct weekly orientation
- Coordinate orientation requirements with Talent Acquisition and partner with Staffing
- Accompany caregivers on their initial shift to facilitate client introductions
- Deliver ongoing training including individualized sessions, skills labs, and soft skills development
- Work with Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and address caregiver needs
- Serve as primary contact to address caregiver inquiries and concerns
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback
- Assist HR with progressive discipline when necessary
- Maintain accurate logs of caregiver communications and requests
- Participate in company meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to company and regulatory policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or senior care management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time management and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to enhancing the quality of life for caregivers and clients
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 2-3 professional references
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Preferred: Experience with a Point of Care software
- Preferred: Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities in a caregiving or healthcare setting
