About the role
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open roles
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain accurate records and reports in our systems
- Support HR and operations with administrative tasks
- Help improve recruitment and onboarding processes
Requirements
- 2-3 years of recruiting, HR, or admin experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with online tools (LinkedIn, job boards, spreadsheets, ClickUp, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
