• Review 100+ applications daily and consistently close 34 quality hires per month
• Maintain a time-to-fill of 14 days or less and drive hiring velocity without sacrificing quality
• Build pipelines across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche job boards, sourcing automation, and cold outreach
• Design repeatable sourcing systems that don't rely on luck
• Run structured interviews and present concise, data-driven scorecards for hiring decisions
• Lead onboarding, performance tracking, PTO systems, and remote culture-building
• Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance, and oversee HR workflows
• Implement lightweight systems for feedback, engagement, and team development
• Own monthly check-ins, birthdays/anniversaries, and peer feedback initiatives
• Partner directly with founders and build/scale the HR function with path to Director-level role
