About the role

  • Own and grow a book of business ranging from $500K – $1M across multiple client accounts
  • Lead the execution of simultaneous campaigns across various brand verticals
  • Identify, screen, and recruit relevant influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Instagram
  • Negotiate influencer contracts, including rates, usage rights, timelines, and deliverables
  • Act as the main point of contact for influencers, managers, and clients throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Provide strategic input and creative direction to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand voice
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and FTC compliance
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and creator metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions, ROI)
  • Build and present post-campaign reports with insights, results, and optimizations
  • Maintain updated records of campaign progress in project management tools
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, creator behaviors, and industry updates to inform strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with client services, analytics, and creative teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing influencer campaigns from concept to reporting
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written) with influencers, managers, and clients
  • Deep familiarity with creator platforms (especially YouTube) and the influencer ecosystem
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with influencer tools like Hype Auditor, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
  • Experience using Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic insights
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Passion for creator culture, content trends, and the evolving social media landscape
  • Experience with performance-based influencer campaigns (eCPM/CPI/ROI-focused) [bonus]
  • Creator-side experience or previously worked as an influencer [bonus]
  • Familiarity with gaming and livestreaming communities [bonus]
