• Feature Development: Designing and implementing new features that span the entire stack, from QML-based UI components to backend logic.

Digital Marketing

• Support the execution and optimization of global digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
• Coordinate and implement SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, metadata updates, and website content optimization.
• Manage and execute email campaigns, workflows, lists, and marketing automation activities using HubSpot.
• Organize and coordinate webinars, including setup, registrations, communications, follow-up activities, and reporting.
• Create, localize, adapt, and publish digital marketing content in German and English.

• Master PIX4D’s products and solutions and stay up to date on improvements
• Provide client support and resolve technical issues via a wide range of communication channels, including a ticketing system
• Encourage seamless communication between the development team and the end-user by sharing customer experiences and staying up to date with the state of the product’s development

• Success Discovery: Partner with the Sales team during pre-sales and trial phases to map out clear technical workflows and success criteria for prospective infrastructure and utility clients.
• Onboarding & Implementation Execution: Own the post-sale handoff by leading technical implementation, data integration, and specialized training sessions across the PIX4D ecosystem (PIX4Dmatic, PIX4Dcatch, PIX4Dcloud).
• Workflow Consulting: Act as a hands-on technical advisor, helping engineering, utility, and construction teams transition from traditional/manual field data collection to sophisticated 2D/3D photogrammetry and GIS deliverables.
• Retention & Account Growth
• Commercial Support: Identify expansion, feature upgrade, and technical upsell opportunities within your portfolio, collaborating with Sales to secure them.
• Value Realization: Collaborate with Sales to prepare and lead technical business reviews for key accounts and resellers, documenting and presenting the tangible time, cost, and safety savings achieved.
• Active Health Management: Regularly monitor technical account health metrics (processing volume, data frequency, license utilization) and initiate proactive outreach to optimize workflows and mitigate risk before the renewal window.
• Field Advocacy & Team Collaboration
• The Voice of the User: Document and channel highly specific user feedback, edge-case bugs, and industry feature requests directly to the Product and Engineering teams.

Customer Success Specialist – Americas, Civil Infrastructure & Utilities

• Technical Advisory & Lifecycle Management
• Infrastructure Workflow Engineering: Proactively consult with clients to drive "digital transformation" at the field level, moving traditional/manual infrastructure inspection processes to modern, technology-driven workflows.
• Trusted Advisor Status: Serve as the regional subject matter expert in photogrammetry, GIS workflows, and remote sensing, helping enterprise clients translate complex drone and terrestrial data into actionable 2D/3D deliverables.
• Strategic Onboarding: Lead the technical transition from pre-sales to implementation, ensuring engineering, construction, and utility clients realize maximum value quickly within the PIX4D ecosystem.
• Product Advocacy & Roadmap Engagement: Lead roadmap reviews and educate users on advanced, under-utilized features to deepen platform integration and technical stickiness.
• Retention & Consultative Growth
• Net Retention Ownership: Coordinate closely with the Sales team during renewal cycles. Use your industry credibility to identify technical expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Success Planning: Co-execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for enterprise infrastructure clients and resellers, mapping PIX4D’s evolving capabilities to the client’s long-term business goals and KPIs.
• Risk Mitigation: Drive the team to monitor account health metrics to proactively intervene before a technical account or renewal is at risk.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Voice of the Customer: Act as the internal advocate for the Americas market, funneling complex industry product feedback to Engineering and Product teams to influence the future of the ecosystem.
• Customer-First Coordination: Work alongside the Training & Education team to deliver technical external webinars and specialized, in-person training sessions.
