About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the execution and optimization of global digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
  • Coordinate and implement SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, metadata updates, and website content optimization.
  • Manage and execute email campaigns, workflows, lists, and marketing automation activities using HubSpot.
  • Organize and coordinate webinars, including setup, registrations, communications, follow-up activities, and reporting.
  • Create, localize, adapt, and publish digital marketing content in German and English.
  • Support campaign asset coordination including landing pages, email sequences, webinar pages, banners, and digital collateral.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to support product launches, feature announcements, and campaign activations.
  • Maintain marketing materials, campaign documentation, and digital content across platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign execution supporting performance analysis and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Contribute to competitor monitoring, market research, and identification of industry trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, content, and growth teams to ensure alignment across initiatives.
  • Support marketing activities related to industry events, webinars, customer stories, and partner initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native German speaker is mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken (C1/C2 required).
  • Experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, campaign execution, or related roles.
  • Strong practical SEO knowledge is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, or SEO tools.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot is mandatory.
  • Experience organizing webinars and managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments with changing priorities and imperfect processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute across different marketing initiatives.
