Manage, train, and develop a group of corporate partnership sales executives
Set an example and lead within the Property Sales division to account executives and sales representatives
Lead executive-level communication with other department leaders
Provide regular progress reports on business development goals and new business outreach
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve departmental goals
Lead sales presentations to prospective clients, including in-person and video calls
Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
Set and track sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds them
Provide overarching strategic direction: identify leads, collaborate on responses, and lead sales pitches
Create and maintain a best practices and training manual to support sales team growth and consistency
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
Manage own personal pipeline of key decision makers and relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching
Collaborate with account managers and other departmental leads
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs for upper management
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility
Utilize company resources to effectively manage pipeline and client relations
Assist in cross-selling across multiple PIVOT Properties, Brand, Hospitality, and other verticals
Requirements

An appropriate level of drive and toughness to effectively manage multiple demanding, critical projects in a fast-paced, technical environment, and a rapidly evolving industry
Firm grasp of available networking platforms within the sports management industry
Advanced negotiation & organization skills
Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
Acute attention to detail, organization, and efficiency
Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Google Suite
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
3–5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in sports, entertainment, or hospitality (preferred)
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (preferred)
Strong leadership and people management skills (preferred)
