About the role
- Learn how to research and understand market pricing and demand for aviation parts.
- Help identify and qualify sources of USM (Used Serviceable Material) to meet customer needs.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes and learning how to follow up with customers and vendors.
- Assist with placing purchase orders to vendors and tracking deliveries for customer orders.
- Keep records of quotes, orders, and communications organized and up to date.
- Work closely with experienced team members to gain knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and internal systems.
Requirements
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technical industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Prior experience in sales support, purchasing, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Full training provided — no aviation experience necessary.
