About the role
- Provide astute strategic direction for clients, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Track record of leading all areas of marketing delivery from performance media, digital production, content production etc.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients to guarantee the seamless delivery of projects.
- Lead both internal and client teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Oversee the financial aspects of account revenue and profitability, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Drive organic growth within accounts by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive metrics on the quality of relationships and products delivered to accounts.
- Ensure all Statements of Work are meticulously drafted, accurately documented, and effectively implemented.
- Foster collaborative relationships with other Account Directors, Account Team members, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and coach team members, demonstrating motivational leadership across project teams.
- Define and implement best practices at the business unit level, contributing to overall excellence in the Client Services department.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of proven Account Management experience in agencies specializing in digital marketing, consulting, user experience, and/or product design.
- Experience working with portfolio clients, delivering annual services revenues in excess of $5MM each.
- Business Agility: Ability to react quickly, assess, and implement solutions.
- Advanced negotiation, communication, writing, and organization skills with an outstanding attention to detail.
- Skills motivating and guiding distributed teams.
- Proficient in managing integrated accounts, with fluency in digital areas from media, production, and product.
