As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join us.
Responsibilities include
Diary & Time Management – Own and optimise the CEO’s diary, ensuring effective scheduling, time blocking, and alignment with business rhythms and priorities.
Inbox & Communication Management – Manage the CEO’s inbox, draft/reply to correspondence, and ensure timely, prioritised, and appropriately toned communications.
Meeting & Event Preparation – Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings, reviews, and events, surfacing key priorities and materials in advance.
Planning & Prioritisation – Lead daily and weekly planning routines, ensuring the CEO’s time is focused on the most important goals.
Project & Research Support – Support CEO-led projects with planning, coordination, follow-through, and ad-hoc research.

Proven track record as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience designing and managing effective systems.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in productivity tools (calendar platforms, task management, shared inboxes) and curiosity around AI solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in holding senior leaders accountable.
