About the role

  • B2B Digital Marketing Specialist role based in the Philippines (hybrid) at Pion, which builds technology connecting retailers with the youth market.
  • Execute and optimize email and digital campaigns to ensure messages reach the right audience at the right time.
  • Work closely with content marketing and revenue operations teams to support digital initiatives.
  • Responsibilities include building, testing, and deploying emails (newsletters, marketing campaigns, webinar invites, ABM) using Marketo templates.
  • Set up and manage drip campaigns and nurture flows in Marketo.
  • Perform audience segmentation and list hygiene (de-duplication).
  • Conduct A/B testing on email content, audiences and creative elements.
  • Regularly report on email performance metrics and provide campaign insights.
  • Provide basic creative support using Canva templates.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience using an enterprise marketing automation platform, with a strong preference for Marketo.
  • Experience in email marketing and marketing automation execution (Marketo).
  • Familiarity with Canva for basic design tasks.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional precision in communications and data handling.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication in English; fluent.
  • Ability to work independently, manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
