• Define and execute the product vision and long-term roadmap for Pinterest Trends & Insights (e.g., trends.pinterest.com, partner APIs, and in-product analytics).

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own end‑to‑end project management from intake through launch for revenue initiatives across customer onboarding, order management, incentives, billing, revenue accounting, technical revenue accounting, deal desk, collections, reporting and product/pricing
• Run structured intake, clarify problem statements and draft requirements with requestors and cross‑functional partners
• Map current to future state processes, document impacted systems and data flows and perform fit‑gap against business requirements

The Business Development team at Pinterest is responsible for developing partner strategy, as well as sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing partnerships that are a critical lever for growth and progress of the company against key strategic initiatives. The team works closely with senior leadership, product, marketing, legal and revenue teams to deliver these partnerships.
The Business Development Lead for Generative AI Partnerships will source and evaluate new partnerships and manage existing strategic partnerships with strategic technology platform companies to help drive growth and engagement on Pinterest.
What you’ll do: Lead partner strategy for generative AI, including helping the company understand the industry landscape to identify opportunities
Actively monitor, synthesize, inform, and action off industry trends and opportunities
Lead the process of identifying partnerships to pursue, including building the business case through strategic/financial analysis and due diligence
Negotiate complex deals
Build relationships with leaders at emerging and established companies in the generative AI space
