About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements, creating a comprehensive BRD
- Work with data engineering teams to ensure datasets are accessible in Snowflake and Hive
- Conduct ETL operations on raw data to prepare it for analysis and report generation
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, customized to meet stakeholders' needs
- Present data insights and visualizations to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of the analytical findings
- Regularly monitor and update the dashboards and visualizations for consistency and precision
- Analyze data trends and patterns to offer strategic recommendations
- Apply advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling to analyze complex datasets
- Develop machine learning models to forecast and solve business problems
- Clean and preprocess data to enhance data quality and integrity for model readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into data science solutions
- Stay updated with the latest data science trends and technologies to integrate innovative solutions into business processes
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the data analytics team
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or closely related quantitative discipline and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field
