About the role

  • Respond to user queries via Intercom in a timely and accurate way
  • Identify user needs and help users with specific features
  • Analyse and report product malfunctions to ensure technical issues are addressed
  • Update internal databases with information about technical issues and customer discussions
  • Create and share guidance videos with users as an educational tool
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members to bridge user feedback with development
  • Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are fully resolved
  • Answer App Store reviews once every 2 weeks to maintain community engagement
  • Help update Help Center articles to keep knowledge base current
  • Act as the connection point between millions of users and the product development team

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Customer Support experience
  • Collaborative problem-solver
  • Autonomous worker who can solve problems independently
  • Analytical thinker able to break down complex problems
  • Highly organised with ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Weekend availability (work weekends with 2 weekdays off)
  • Availability to work in timezone UTC-2 to UTC+4
  • Legal structure to work as an independent contractor (e.g., sole proprietorship, freelance registration)
  • Experience responding to users via Intercom and updating Help Center / creating guidance videos
  • Experience with B2C customer support and reporting technical issues to product teams
