Business Development Rep

• Run targeted outbound across email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified pipeline in key verticals.
• Qualify inbound leads and partner with the Head of Sales and AEs to ensure clean handoffs and strong deal progression.
• Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to identify high-potential accounts and keep pipeline visibility high.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, test campaigns, and improve what converts.
• Consistently hit monthly pipeline targets while keeping activity and data accurately logged in HubSpot.

Backend Engineer

• Long-term strategy and execution of our internal Rust-based cross-platform SDK, powering editing, rendering, document models, synchronisation, and real-time collaboration.
• Platform enablement — acting as the keystone for our iOS, Android, Web, and API teams by providing stable, performant, and well-documented SDKs.
• Team leadership — scaling and mentoring a senior Rust team while maintaining a strong culture of ownership, quality, and collaboration.
• Technical excellence — hands-on code review, performance optimisation, architectural decision-making, and solving deeply complex cross-platform challenges.

Head of Cross-Platform SDK, Rust

• End-to-end ownership of our Rust-based real-time editing engine, including rendering, document models, synchronisation, and collaborative editing.
• Low-latency, high-performance systems that power live editing across mobile and web platforms.
• Engine leadership — growing and mentoring a senior team working at the intersection of graphics, performance, and product-critical infrastructure.
• Technical depth and quality — architectural decisions, performance profiling, debugging concurrency issues, and setting a high bar for engine reliability.

Head of Real-Time & Editing Engine, Rust

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle, from inbound interest or BDR hand-off through qualification, deal management, and close.
• Build and progress pipeline across marketing-led and outbound opportunities, with an initial focus on API sales and scope to expand into web app deals.
• Partner closely with the Head of Sales, product, and tech teams to identify customer needs, shape solutions, and feed market insight back into the roadmap.
• Maintain strong sales hygiene and relationships: stay current on the GenAI and competitive landscape, log activity in HubSpot, and build long-term trust with customers and partners

• Own backend work end to end: from architectural decisions and implementation to release monitoring and production performance (Datadog).
• Ship frequently and iterate fast, using real user feedback and usage data to guide technical and product decisions.
• Work closely with product and frontend engineers to design and deliver user-facing experiences, not just APIs.
• Optimize and evolve high-traffic endpoints, reducing latency and ensuring the system scales reliably as usage grows.

Senior Backend Engineer – Django
