• Own the day-to-day execution of our social media calendar
• Develop content ideas that align with our brand, product launches, customer stories, and industry trends
• Transform a single piece of source material into multiple content formats:
• A report becomes a carousel
• A webinar becomes a short-form video
• A customer story becomes a LinkedIn post
• A founder interview becomes a content series
• Write sharp, platform-native copy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other channels
• Work with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to move content from idea to publication
• Manage approvals, timelines, and changing priorities without letting details slip
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and audience growth
• Bring new ideas, formats, creators, and AI-powered workflows to the table

• Collaborate with the AI Tools squad to implement and improve AI features.
• Design and architect new features, chaining a mix of internal and external services.
• Monitor and scale the growing load on the FastAPI service.

• Own a real slice of the growth funnel. Activation, paywall, pricing, or retention: lead a squad and own specific numbers end-to-end
• Run a high-velocity experimentation program across web and mobile funnels. Ship A/B tests weekly
• Find insights and build features that fix user drop-offs
• Work across web and mobile, owning both funnels
• Use data to decide and form hypotheses without waiting for others

• Respond to user queries via Intercom
• Identify user needs and help users with specific features
• Analyse and report product malfunctions
• Update internal databases with information about technical issues
• Create and share guidance videos with users

• You will contribute to the cross-platform libraries powering Photoroom on iOS, Android, and the Web, directly impacting millions of users
• You will architect, develop, and deliver complex features used by in-house app developers in exciting new technologies such as Rust, WebAssembly, and wgpu
• You will own your work from A to Z: from specification and implementation to integration on the target platform, working hand-in-hand with our product, web, and mobile teams to ensure a consistent Photoroom experience across all platforms
• You will contribute to our live collaboration platform (like Figma or Google Docs)
• You will work within a small multicultural team of ~120 passionate, friendly, and committed people

Senior Software Engineer, Rust

Marketing

• Lead the go to market strategy and deliver the growth & marketing execution for the sales-enabled, large enterprise business by delivering a high quality sales qualified lead pipeline & sales enablement and contributing to overall marketing & growth including brand initiatives.
• Product marketing & sales enablement: Build ICPs, positioning, customer industry pages, enable sales with assets and case studies [team member in place]
• Account based marketing and events: Develop strategy & execute for top accounts including through owned and 3rd party events collaborating closely with sales [hiring in progress]
