We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in e-commerce operations, specifically with Amazon and Walmart platforms.
The ideal candidate will assist in product research, supplier outreach, inventory management, and customer relations, with a strong focus on identifying profitable products and reliable suppliers.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct product research for Amazon and Walmart platforms; Analyze product data using Keepa and SellerAmp; Perform supplier and distributor outreach (email + phone) to vet authorized suppliers; Monitor and manage inventory restocking; Respond to and manage customer inquiries and support; Assist in building supplier relations and identifying potential distribution opportunities; Maintain organized records of outreach and follow-ups; Collaborate with client to continuously improve product sourcing strategy
Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon/Walmart preferred); Strong experience with product and market research; Familiarity with Keepa charts and interpreting sales/rank data; Confident in making outreach calls to suppliers; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures; Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools or systems; Experience in customer support is a plus
Preferred Attributes: Experience with supplier vetting and wholesale sourcing
Tools & Software: Keepa; SellerAmp; Sellerboard (view-only if needed); Other tools as required by the client (training/guidance provided).
