Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites
Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to entitlements, setting clear expectations, and meeting commitments and arrival times
Generate service revenue and understand customer's business and competitive environment
Participate as member of regional work team, improve team processes and identify training gaps
Increase capability and capacity; may qualify in multiple modalities and learn new tools
Perform administrative duties within Philips, State, and Federal regulatory requirements (timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, FCO, PM, installation documents, site and service documentation)
Adhere to training, quality, and safety requirements
Utilize tools, support, resources, and escalation processes to resolve problems timely
Complete PMs, FCOs, installation and related tasks; diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems
Travel approximately 70% across specified geography; average driving time 1-4 hours daily; occasional overnight stays and air/train travel may be required
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment OR 4+ years in electromechanical industries
Preferred experience in Computed Tomography (CT) imaging equipment
Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment
Knowledge and use of necessary tools and test equipment
Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred
Must be able to perform Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, and in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements
Work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations
Safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials; wear required PPE
US work authorization is a precondition of employment
Must reside in or within commuting distance to Philadelphia, PA
