About the role
- Lead the Infinia build and release engineering for the Infinia product line
- Responsible for the full release life cycle from planning, coordinating with component owners to release and post release support
- Coordinate with component owners and create artifacts reflecting release state
- Maintain automated release workflow artifacts (tables/pages) and live Confluence pages
- Utilize Git, Jira, test case management frameworks, risk management, and CI/CD pipelines
- Manage, lead, and grow individual contributors
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Collaborate across the company and contribute to continuous process improvement
Requirements
- 12+ Years of Professional Experience with 5+ Years of Management Experience
- Experience with Build and Release Engineering
- Experience with tools and technologies that enhance the release workflow
- Experience with Git, Jira, or similar tooling
- Experience generating tables, pages, or artifacts that reflect the state of the releases
- Expert with Git, Jira, test case management frameworks, risk management, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous process improvement
- Ability to build live confluence pages that maintain the state of the product
- Adept at managing, leading, and growing individual contributors
- Participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed
