About the role
- Deliver compassionate hospice care in the field, managing a caseload of patients.
- Coordinate and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team, patients, and families.
- Ensure compliance with hospice standards and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotation (extra pay provided).
- Complete occasional after-hours visits (paid per visit).
- Provide stability and continuity of care to the community.
Requirements
- RN license in Texas (required).
- Hospice experience preferred, but not required (training available for nurses with the right mindset).
- Strong clinical skills and comfort with fieldwork.
- Dedication, compassion, and reliability.
- Willingness to cover on-call shifts and patient visits as needed.
- Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
