About the role
- Lead the Infinia build and release engineering for the Infinia product line
- Responsible for the full release life cycle from planning, coordinating with component owners to release and post release support
- Build and maintain live Confluence pages and automatically generate tables/pages/artifacts that reflect release state
- Utilize and improve Git, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, test case management frameworks, and risk management
- Manage, lead, and grow individual contributors; drive continuous process improvement
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed
Requirements
- 12+ Years of Professional Experience with 5+ Years of Management Experience
- Experience with Build and Release Engineering
- Strong understanding of tools and technologies that enhance the release workflow (for example: the ability to build live confluence pages that maintain the state of the product)
- Expert with utilizing Git, Jira, test case management frameworks, risk management, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous process improvement
- Experience generating tables/pages/artifacts that reflect the state of the releases being cut and the workflow actions that generate summations
- Adept at managing, leading, and growing the individual contributors of their organization
- Participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed
