Financial Planning and Analysis

• Play a critical role in the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing evolution of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS/CRD) platform supporting PGIM Custom Harvest.
• Partner closely with Trading, Portfolio Management, Operations, Compliance, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver a scalable, resilient, and highly automated OMS/PMS ecosystem.

• Develop and maintain trade imports/exports, FIX connectivity, APIs, and automated Start-of-Day (SOD), End-of-Day (EOD), and intraday processing workflows.
• Build custom Charles River extensions, dashboards, reporting solutions, and workflow automation using SQL, Java and Python.
• Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and SaaS transformation initiatives while ensuring scalability, operational resiliency, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the Charles River subject matter expert, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and implementation guidance across the organization.
• Ensure best practices and standards for security, compliance, scalability, reliability, and performance are followed.
• Collaborate closely with business and technology partners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

• Build cash flow and waterfall models, Investment Committee books, sensitivity tables, rent roll analyses, comparable property sets, and other financial analyses required to evaluate, pursue, and explain acquisition/development opportunities.

Accounting Manager

• Perform monthly close reasonableness reviews including but not limited to income analysis, interest accruals, & book value roll forwards.
• Maintain responsibility for reconciling the general ledger for both GAAP and Statutory accounts on a monthly basis, between the mortgage loan servicing system and the GL, and other downstream reporting systems.
• Maintain responsibility for the accounting and maintenance of deferred income/expense items and reconciliation of the system calculated yield to ledger book yields.

• Provide support to origination staff on Agency requirements and deal structuring; initial point of contact for origination staff for Agency transactions.
• Primary liaison between PGIM and Agency production and credit staff with input, as necessary from PGIM ’s Chief and/or Deputy Chief Underwriter on unique deal structures and/or underwriting exceptions.
• Possess and apply thorough knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac policies and procedures.
• Size, Structure and Price individual transactions for origination staff to win new business.
• Prepare, review and submit quality quote requests to Agencies within 24 – 48 hours of screening, with support from assigned Analysts.

Director, Deal Manager

• A research position within the Securitized Products group of PGIM Fixed Income focused on RMBS strategies
• Analyze RMBS transactions across new issue and secondary markets, including collateral characteristics, loan underwriting trends, servicer performance, credit enhancement, and structural features
• Develop and maintain internal credit views and relative value assessments for RMBS sectors such as non-QM, CRT, jumbo, HELOC, other residential mortgage-related products
• Build scenario analyses to assess bond performance under varying collateral and home price assumptions
• Monitor portfolio holdings and market developments, identifying changes in collateral behavior, housing market fundamentals, consumer performance, and regulatory developments that may affect risk and return
