About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the evaluation of commercial real estate debt investments across various property types, structures, and geographies.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing market, economic, and legal data relevant to potential investments.
  • Help build and update financial models, including cash flow projections, Argus models, and sensitivity analyses, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in the due diligence and closing process for new debt originations by preparing materials and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
  • Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts preferred
  • Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
