• Within the Debt business, you will have the opportunity to work with the national Agribusiness lending arm of PGIM Real Estate in addition to the regional debt teams and conduct various industry research and analysis projects.
• Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Conducting financial modeling to evaluate potential new investment opportunities for a wide variety of agricultural commodities in different geographic regions.
• Underwriting and analysis to support asset management decisions (e.g. acquisitions, financing, buy/sell scenarios, and property valuations, among others).
• Evaluating capital development projects for farmland properties under management.
• Providing analytical support on a wide variety of assignments including market research, review of property operating statements, cash flow modeling, property valuation, borrower credit review, and preparation of farmland investment recommendations and loan briefs for investment committee approval.

Product Marketing

• Produce and enhance marketing materials (e.g., pitchbooks, commentaries, fund overviews, sales ideas, etc.) that clearly communicate our value propositions for PGIM’s alternative strategies and capabilities.
• Ensure presentations articulate a logical storyline, are visually appealing, align with brand requirements, and that data is correctly reflected.
• Manage all aspects of the marketing production workflow: Update and format materials in an accurate and timely manner; Coordinate with stakeholders across various functions, including Business Development, Portfolio Management, Client Marketing, and Legal & Compliance teams; Manage compliance submission workflows to ensure materials meet regulatory standards.

• Create, enhance, and support internally developed applications that support Private Credit’s overall investment process by providing the capability to capture key information, enable workflows and approvals, and expose data through reporting and analytics tools.
• Be part of a team that works with Business Analysts, Investment Professionals, Operations, Quality Assurance Testers and other System Professionals.
• Provide comprehensive consultation on all phases of the project development cycle, work closely with other members of the development team, help translate business requirements into technical solutions, and assist with identifying and steering the direction and selection of platforms, languages, and tools.
• Create generic, reusable code stacks when appropriate and/or integrate purchased solutions.
• Document, Unit test, and provide on-going support for the applications.
• Work closely with management to help formulate strategic architectural decisions which will support current and future business needs, and influence the technical direction of system implementations.
• Knowledge of design patterns, best practices, and Software Development Lifecycle is required.

Lead, Platform Engineer – Azure

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual investment compliance reports for the Securities Trade Monitoring group.
• Report various TIC (Treasury International Capital) reports sent to the Federal Reserve Bank of NY.
• Handle monthly and quarterly reporting of Assets Under Management for PGIM and Prudential Financial.
• Support various businesses such as client management, finance, marketing, and retirement.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in various reports and handle ad-hoc requests.

Analyst, Investment Operations

Manager

• Assist in the planning and execution of external client-facing events as well as internal events.
• Coordinate all logistics for virtual and in-person conference sponsorships and exhibitor ships based on business partner requirements, with attention to financial and time constraints
• Create registration websites and custom email communications including invitations, reminders, and confirmations on Cvent
• Arrange registration reporting, extract, and communicate analyzed data and necessary information to manager
• Research and suggest venues and speakers appropriately aligned to the nuances of each event
• Research vendors (catering, decor, musicians etc.) and negotiate terms choosing the best combination of quality and cost

Manager, Meeting Planner – PGIM Global Wealth

• Coverage of North Texas to include Oklahoma and Arkansas.
• The External Wholesaler is responsible for representing all PGIM investment products and vehicles including Mutual funds, ETF’s, SMA’s, Alternative Investments, CIT’s across retail and retirement platforms to investment professionals in their respective territory.
• The External Wholesaler is responsible to raising net new assets for the firm and servicing the firms existing client base across Wirehouses, Regional Broker Dealers and RIA Aggregator firms.
• The wholesaler will be able to clearly differentiate our investment strategies, provide technical information and articulate the benefits relative to our competitors.
• They are expected to demonstrate expert level understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction, capital markets, and industry related topics.
• They will be based out of their respective home office that’s required to be in one of the major zones within their geographic region and have access to a major airport that serves all of their respective states.

External Wholesaler – Wire Channel, North Texas

• Work as part of a Real Estate Investment team to provide in-depth analysis of real estate debt transactions for clients across a variety of capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA
• Provide analytical support including market research, due diligence tracking and review, cash flow modeling, property valuation, borrower credit review and preparation of loan submissions for transactions spanning various multifamily property types
• Perform Excel-based financial modeling and analysis
• Exposure to the entire loan process from originations to closing
• Interact professionally both internally and externally with senior management, originators, deal managers, borrowers, brokers, and correspondents
