About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change.
- Acquisitions analysts will be a part of a small team responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence for new acquisitions.
- Build cash flow and waterfall models, Investment Committee books, sensitivity tables, rent roll analyses, comparable property sets, and other financial analyses required to evaluate, pursue, and explain acquisition/development opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners, consultants, property managers and leasing brokers to manage a portfolio of operating assets, development projects, and/or repositioning projects across the risk spectrum.
- Drive asset performance through the execution of leasing, operational, financing, and disposition strategies.
- Support the asset management team in overseeing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, including those in pre-development and development stages.
- Assist with communication and coordination among property managers, partners, and brokers.
- Help review property performance reports and assist in tracking key metrics.
- Contribute to the preparation of summary materials and respond to data requests from internal teams.
- Assist in evaluating new investment opportunities by supporting the analysis of acquisitions and developments across various risk profiles.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
- Minimum GPA of 3.0

- Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration
- Finance, Economics, or Real Estate majors preferred but not required
- Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability
- Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
