About the role
- Build and coordinate all dispatch within the U.S. for the USA market
- Build strong relationships with carriers and freight partners
- Prospect new customers to foster growth and create new opportunities
- Evaluate business growth initiatives and highlight areas of improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients to meet logistics needs
- Expand into new markets and drive customer acquisition through potential leads
- Nurture customer relations and convert queries to successful loads/orders
- Monitor and manage customer satisfaction, resolving issues as they arise
- Provide regular reporting on logistics operations to clients and internal departments
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure quality service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, transportation, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of experience or above (preferred)
- Command in spoken and written English with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of computer systems, including spreadsheets and databases
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to work night shift (06:30 PM - 03:30 AM) on site
