Report to the RBD and work with customer-facing and HQ teams
Supervise and lead 6-10 representatives
Responsible for sales performance of business portfolio
Regular field and virtual coaching of Field Representatives
Build strong, effective partnerships with marketing and channel colleagues
Ensure compliant execution by team members
Develop strategic plans for the District
Manage hiring, coaching, and performance management of representatives
Plan and organize performance to achieve business potential
Collaborate in marketing planning and measurement of implementation
Conduct meetings with District Management Teams and Channel Partners
Maintain enhanced product and market knowledge
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
At least 3-5 years spent in a position with demonstrated leadership across peer and customer groups
Previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience preferred
Experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations preferred
Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards.
Experience in a position that demonstrates ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
