About the role
- Coordinate and monitor strategic projects across departments ensuring alignment with enterprise goals
- Manage complex projects involving technology, operational excellence, and product enhancements
- Own deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder engagement for assigned projects
- Partner with multiple teams to execute initiatives and resolve impediments
- Provide guidance and support to other project managers and step in as direct leader when needed
- Consolidate project status updates, track KPIs, and provide leadership with high-level summaries
- Implement toolkits, best practices, and change management strategies to ensure operational readiness
- Identify and mitigate risks across programs and projects while maintaining stakeholder alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (equivalent professional experience considered)
- 5+ years experience in project management or client implementation management
- Proven experience as Program Manager overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with large-scale, complex projects including cross-functional and cross-business collaboration
- Demonstrated success managing and influencing teams in changing environments
- Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Strategic thinking and leadership influence
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical proficiency in project management software and solid understanding of IT systems and processes
- Adaptability and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Self-starter capable of defining and driving project plans with minimal guidance
- Preferred: PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications
- Preferred: Experience implementing new services and products at enterprise level
- Preferred: Experience in TPA or employee benefits administration industry
