About the role
- Lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans, schedules, and budgets for complex projects, programs and change-driven activities
- Lead studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints, process improvement, and program initiatives
- Identify risk and opportunity potential, develop mitigation planning and refine the business case
- Facilitate and ensure integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, and best-practice processes and techniques
- Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
- Direct all phases of major projects from inception through completion and coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders
- Support systems implementations, process improvements, data visualization, business development, and growth initiatives across the Managed Parts portfolio
- Lead implementation of project management best practices across the organization
- Operate in a fast-paced dynamic global environment supporting Boeing Global Services' Managed Parts exchange programs (Component Services, Landing Gear Exchange, AeroStructures)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, developing project plans, managing risks/issues/opportunities, and managing performance to plan
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience managing internal and external customer relationships
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting material to senior and executive leadership
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
- Experience with aftermarket exchange programs (FHR/PBH) (preferred)
- Airline experience (preferred)
- Contracts negotiation experience (preferred)
- Experience working effectively in a globally dispersed team environment (preferred)
- PMP Certification (preferred)
- Must be able to work onsite in Plano, TX (position is 100% onsite)
