About the role
- Lead the execution of product, production, and key initiatives across the organization
- Report to the Sr. Supply Chain Manager
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, sales, marketing, and quality to drive success from concept to completion
- Manage multiple workstreams and KPIs to ensure timely execution
- Oversee beta programs for new products, including organization, implementation, data collection, and reporting to inform go-to-market decisions
- Collaborate across departments to align priorities, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward
- Navigate fast-paced environments, bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous situations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project or product management, preferably in consumer goods, manufacturing, or wellness industries
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex timelines
- PMP certification preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
