Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle for strategic commercial and national accounts — prospecting, discovery, business case development, negotiation, and close
• Lead complex, multi-threaded deals across real estate, construction, facilities, procurement, and operations leaders at national brands
• Develop and execute account strategies for net new logos, multi-site program expansion, and portfolio-wide rollouts
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Solutions, CS, Product, Marketing, BDR) to scope solutions and ensure successful program rollouts
• Travel as needed for customer meetings, industry conferences, and on-site program kickoffs

Enterprise Account Executive – Commercial, National Accounts

Sales

• Own revenue, forecasting, and day-to-day execution for your team of enterprise Account Executives and assigned accounts, leveraging data to inform tactics
• Report to the Enterprise Sales Director and help execute the segment-wide strategy with a consistent, repeatable enterprise motion
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop your team of enterprise Account Executives — driving performance management, career development, and a high-accountability, high-trust culture
• Help refine and reinforce repeatable, scalable sales processes that standardize PermitFlow's enterprise motion
• Lead and coach the team through complex, multi-threaded deals with executives, operators, and procurement across multiple business units and PE roll-up accounts
• Drive both net-new logo acquisition and expansion within existing roll-up and national accounts, converting pilots into multi-division, enterprise-wide partnerships
• Partner cross-functionally (Solutions, CS, Product, Marketing, SDR, RevOps) to scope solutions, align the sales process with customer success, and ensure successful outcomes
• Build and review ROI-driven business cases that resonate with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
• Maintain forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and deal visibility across long enterprise sales cycles
• Surface field and customer insights to the Enterprise Sales Director and GTM leadership to inform the enterprise roadmap and go-to-market strategy
• Leverage automation, modern sales tooling, and AI-driven tools to streamline processes, optimize performance, and increase conversion
• Travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences (e.g. Pantheon), and roll-up HQ visits

Enterprise Sales Manager

• Coach Implementation Managers through complex enterprise launches, including escalations and at-risk accounts
• Serve as the leadership sponsor on the highest-stakes launches and most complex at-risk accounts, and act as the internal advocate for the customer when tradeoffs come up across Product, Ops, and CS
• Run a tight operating cadence: 1:1s, pipeline reviews, account health reviews, and post-mortems on every account
• Partner with the Sales org on handoffs, with the Customer Success org on the transition to ongoing ownership, and with Ops on service delivery
• Hire ahead of growth and ramp new IMs quickly to full ownership
• Identify the recurring patterns behind launch slippage and customer friction, and close them through process, tooling, or training changes, codifying improvements into playbooks the team can run from

Product Operations

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and AI teams to build the operational foundation that drives faster, smarter product development
• Streamline how customer insights, product data, and feedback flow through the product lifecycle—from discovery and prioritization to launch and iteration
• Design, implement, and continuously improve the processes, tools, and systems that enable the product organization to scale effectively
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment, launch readiness, and successful product adoption
• Develop and maintain dashboards, operating metrics, and experimentation frameworks that measure product impact and improve team performance
• Act as the connective tissue across Product and go-to-market teams, driving alignment, transparency, and execution excellence
• Support the integration of AI-powered workflows, automation, and data-driven decision-making into core product and operational processes
• Identify bottlenecks across the product development lifecycle and implement scalable solutions that improve speed, quality, and repeatability

• Build and lead PermitFlow's design organization
• Hire and develop a team of product and brand designers to support stakeholders across Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Operations, and more
• Define PermitFlow's design strategy, including design system architecture, quality standards, critique processes, and cross-functional collaboration models
• Do hands-on design work yourself, particularly on the workflows and product areas that set the quality bar for the rest of the team
• Own and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and coherence across the product
• Establish consistent quality standards and review processes across the organization
• Partner closely with leadership to drive design quality that directly impacts business metrics
• Set the vision for how AI transforms the design function
