Product Designer

• Build and lead PermitFlow's design organization
• Hire and develop a team of product and brand designers to support stakeholders across Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Operations, and more
• Define PermitFlow's design strategy, including design system architecture, quality standards, critique processes, and cross-functional collaboration models
• Do hands-on design work yourself, particularly on the workflows and product areas that set the quality bar for the rest of the team
• Own and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and coherence across the product
• Establish consistent quality standards and review processes across the organization
• Partner closely with leadership to drive design quality that directly impacts business metrics
• Set the vision for how AI transforms the design function

• Partner with Enterprise AEs to support complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, with strong focus on technical validation.
• Design custom workflow configurations that leverage PermitFlow’s platform capabilities and align with customer business goals
• Scope and document technical integrations (ServiceTitan, Salesforce) to ensure seamless adoption
• Translate between operational language and technical requirements - ensuring customers, Sales, and Product all stay aligned
• Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase how PermitFlow integrates into existing workflows
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure successful handoff and deployment
• Create repeatable solution assets — integration guides, workflow templates, demo scripts — to scale the team as we grow

Solutions Consultant

Account Manager

• Define the partner strategy.
• Recruit and sign foundational partners.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Build the joint GTM motion.
• Own contract structuring and negotiation.
• Be the product feedback loop from the ecosystem.
• Stand up the partner program infrastructure.
• Represent PermitFlow externally.

Operations

• Lead and scale PermitFlow’s core operations organization.
• Manage a team of Operations Managers and Operations Leads supported by a global workforce.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to onboard prospective and new customers and help convert them into long-term partnerships.
• Own customer operations, ensuring customers receive reliable, high-quality service that drives retention and expansion.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build systems, metrics, and processes that enable the operations team to scale efficiently as the company grows.
