About the role
- Attract & recruit world-class talent across all functions using outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative strategies. This role is fully outbound.
- Develop and refine the candidate experience, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values and high standards.
- Build and promote our employer brand to attract top-tier talent via social channels, events, and content.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, create job descriptions, and guide them through effective hiring processes.
- Advise on hiring priorities and ensure strategic alignment between team needs and recruitment efforts.
- Continuously improve hiring operations, including interview processes, tools, documentation, and analytics.
- Contribute to building and nurturing our company culture, helping to ensure we scale with intention and care.
- Support HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, employee engagement, and spend tracking.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally at high-growth startups or strong recruiting agencies.
- Proven track record of filling high-impact roles across a range of departments.
- Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across teams.
- Experience using ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, etc.).
- Passion for company culture and people development.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
