About the role
- Lead recruitment for critical, senior, or technical roles across multiple business groups or geographies
- Conduct detailed intake meetings to align on hiring needs, success profiles, and sourcing strategy
- Develop and execute tailored sourcing plans leveraging both internal and external talent pools
- Evaluate candidates for fit and readiness, guiding them through the process from application to offer
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing market insights, pipeline data, and hiring recommendations
- Influence workforce planning by participating in talent reviews and headcount forecasting discussions
- Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, diversity strategies, and candidate engagement
- Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives (e.g., DEI hiring campaigns, employer brand pilots, campus strategies)
- Ensure a consistent, equitable, and positive experience for all candidates
- Track, analyze, and report on recruiting performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Typically requires 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with increasing responsibility
- Demonstrated success recruiting for senior, hard-to-fill, or technical roles
- Strong knowledge of global sourcing tools, employer branding strategies, and interview frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics platforms
