Full cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring
Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies and build relationships with hiring managers and partners
Lead hiring manager intakes, applicant screening/assessment, interview feedback sessions, and job offer preparation including competitive salary recommendations and incentives
Partner closely with Commercial leadership to support hiring of Commercial and Sales professionals
Proactively develop and execute candidate generation strategies using Boolean searches, social media, professional networks, job boards, talent databases, referrals and passive outreach
Review and track recruiting-related contracts and agency agreements with legal and ensure alignment with agency support on master tracker
Provide regular communication on role status and recruiting metrics
Facilitate New Hire Orientation, hiring training and university/intern recruiting programs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education/training and experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
Experience in a regulated medical device or life sciences environment (preferred)
Experience recruiting sales representatives in medical device/life sciences (preferred)
Experience utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, social media recruiting, passive candidate engagement, talent mapping)
Expertise with HR databases (ADP) and applicant tracking systems (Jazz)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications
Flexibility to support various roles and departments and balance multiple simultaneous hiring managers and HRBPs
Availability to travel 20-30% based on business need
