About the role

  • Full cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring
  • Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies and build relationships with hiring managers and partners
  • Lead hiring manager intakes, applicant screening/assessment, interview feedback sessions, and job offer preparation including competitive salary recommendations and incentives
  • Partner closely with Commercial leadership to support hiring of Commercial and Sales professionals
  • Proactively develop and execute candidate generation strategies using Boolean searches, social media, professional networks, job boards, talent databases, referrals and passive outreach
  • Review and track recruiting-related contracts and agency agreements with legal and ensure alignment with agency support on master tracker
  • Provide regular communication on role status and recruiting metrics
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation, hiring training and university/intern recruiting programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education/training and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
  • Experience in a regulated medical device or life sciences environment (preferred)
  • Experience recruiting sales representatives in medical device/life sciences (preferred)
  • Experience utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, social media recruiting, passive candidate engagement, talent mapping)
  • Expertise with HR databases (ADP) and applicant tracking systems (Jazz)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications
  • Flexibility to support various roles and departments and balance multiple simultaneous hiring managers and HRBPs
  • Availability to travel 20-30% based on business need
