Controller

• Act as a key financial partner to the OCS business units, supporting all activities related to revenue, margin, operating expenses, capital, and cash flow.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly accounting operations across the OCS business units, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all processes.
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including the preparation of financial statements, performing variance analysis, and delivering timely reports.

Program Manager

• Manage projects and programs related to external contract manufacturing of PCBAs.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to align project requirements.

Program Manager, Contract Manufacturing / PCBAs

Operations

• Lead operations across EP&T programs and sites including supply chain, quality, EH&S, and facilities management
• Manage a small team of procurement specialists and other operations individual contributors across multiple sites (CO, OH, NJ, PA)
• Actively participate in procurement and supply-chain management, supplier/vendor management, and strategic sourcing
• Develop cost-reduction strategies and establish long-term supplier relationships
• Assist program management in oversight of vendor contract performance

Product Manager

• Manage P&L and financial performance for assigned products, driving revenue and gross margin
• Monitor sales, backlogs, financial and shipping results; participate in annual budgeting and 5-year planning
• Initiate and drive cost reduction activities; review R&D and CapEx investments and measure ROIC
• Drive design wins and market share by working with sales channels, distributors, product marketing, and customers
• Lead product engineering teams to design manufacturable standard and customized products on schedule and on budget

• Prepare journal entries and schedules to assist with the monthly closing process
