Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for the Membership Platform to drive user engagement, product adoption, and long-term value
Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for the Membership Platform, blending strategic insight with creative execution
Lead the go-to-market strategy for new platform features, ensuring seamless cross-functional execution
Design and continuously improve the Membership Platform’s end-to-end customer journey — from awareness and onboarding to engagement and long-term retention
Identify and address friction points to create a seamless, high-value experience that deepens user loyalty
Craft compelling, insight-driven value propositions tailored to specific customer segments and funnel stages
Analyze industry trends and competitive offerings to keep the platform differentiated and aligned with customer expectations
Develop and execute innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns guiding users through discovery, activation, and advocacy
Collaborate with internal teams to produce impactful campaigns and experiences across all channels
Work cross-functionally with product, growth, and partner teams to turn market needs into growth initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
Master’s degree is a strong plus
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in core product marketing or lifecycle marketing
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing go-to-market plans, and driving product adoption and engagement
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, user behavior, and conversion funnels
Ability to conduct and apply market research, analyze trends, and develop customer-centric positioning and messaging
Experience leading full-funnel marketing strategies — from awareness to retention and advocacy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; C2-level fluency required (LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certification is a plus)
Advanced computer literacy required; ECDL Advance level certification is desirable
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align teams toward common goals
Experience working with global teams and partner networks is highly desirable
Metrics-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable insights
Strong storytelling, visual thinking, and commercial acumen
If working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs): must undergo Background Check and declare any criminal record/bankruptcy
If working on SELT in the UK: basic or enhanced DBS check, Right to Work in the UK check, HO security check (BPSS or CTC), financial background check, employment reference check
If working on SELT outside the UK: equivalent background checks and appropriate language skills for candidate interactions
