Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements
Process payroll-related documentation and liaise with the payroll team to ensure accuracy
Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and communication with service providers
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, staying up to date with regulatory changes
Prepare, analyze, and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation to support compliance
Generate and present HR metrics and reports on key areas
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or a similar role will be considered as an asset
Excellent (or native-like) command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
Advanced computer literacy is required (ECDL Advance level certification desirable)
