About the role

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements
  • Process payroll-related documentation and liaise with the payroll team to ensure accuracy
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and communication with service providers
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, staying up to date with regulatory changes
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation to support compliance
  • Generate and present HR metrics and reports on key areas
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or a similar role will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent (or native-like) command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
  • Advanced computer literacy is required (ECDL Advance level certification desirable)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Candidates working on SELT service must undergo background checks (DBS, Right to Work, BPSS/CTC, financial and employment reference checks)
