  • Supports GivePower nonprofit deploying water and clean electricity systems globally.
  • Role: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation program aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing compensation data, designing salary structures, drafting and approving job descriptions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, creating dashboards and reports, and educating HR partners and managers.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, compensation plan design, and market pricing methodologies.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, compensation survey tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • Advance proficiency in Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP’s, data modeling) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of pay transparency laws, FSLA, and other regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and stake holder engagement skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Strict attention to detail.
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in Finance/FinTech industry preferred.
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is a plus.
