Full-stack Engineer

• As part of the Data Engineering team, you will be working with a team of smart, friendly, and dedicated Data Engineers, Analysts, and Data Scientists determined to develop high-quality and sustainable data-driven solutions to improve profitability, growth and the user experience.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Reporting, Analytics, and other engineering teams to build data pipelines, infrastructure, and tooling to support business initiatives
• Oversee the design and maintenance of data pipelines and contribute to the continual enhancement of the data engineering architecture
• Collaborate with the team to meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals
• Write out tests and thorough documentation for processes and tooling
• Adapt to working with new technologies and frameworks, sometimes headlining the investigation into their usefulness to the team

Software Engineer, Data

• As a key member of our Data Engineering team, you will:

Human Resources

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists.
• Partner with the VP of Human Resources to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs on the employee lifecycle, employee relations, engagement, organization design, and retention strategies.
• Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, gaming compliance, reporting, and improve HR processes where needed.
• Partner with the Project Management Office to lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance employee experience.
• Communicate HR policies and initiatives effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives to enhance employee experience and drive operational excellence.

Senior Manager, Human Resources

Data Scientist

• Serve as a technical leader within the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• Partner with stakeholders to deeply identify business problems that can be solved through impactful personalization initiatives
• Utilize your mastery of recommender systems, two-tower models, and other advanced personalization techniques to architect, build and deploy high-impact solutions that strategically advance the ESPN Bet and theScore product strategies

Senior Data Scientist

Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end project management for HR initiatives, including scope definition, schedule development, task allocation, reporting/ communications, and risk mitigation.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring effective prioritization and execution to deliver all tasks on time.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Communications, HRBPs, HR COEs, IT, Finance, and business units to ensure project alignment and success.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and dashboards.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
• Analyze and synthesize HR data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Create and present reports on key HR metrics and program outcomes to HR leadership and business partners.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and implement process improvements.

• Work with high volumes of fluid and real time data: efficiently retrieve, transform, and merchandise data to users.
• Collaborate with design, product, frontend, and backend teams to define and deliver a first-class sports betting experience.
