Provide assistance with areas like setup, authentication, and analytics, translating technical requirements into actionable solutions for customers.
Build strong relationships across various customer personas and segments to support ongoing satisfaction and success.
Act as a voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams to align product development and strategies with customer needs.
Collaborate with peers and senior team members to continuously improve delivery methodologies.
Contribute to reusable assets and frameworks that enhance team efficiency and customer outcomes.
Requirements
5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS B2B environment, with experience delivering customer success and presenting solutions.
Proficiency in CSS and HTML at a foundational to intermediate level, with the ability to contribute to implementing technical solutions such as in-app tagging, installing Pendo and guide building.
Exposure to transformation initiatives or process changes, with the ability to help customers navigate transitions and adopt new solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience working with customers across a range of industries, with a focus on driving value and adoption.
Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at multiple organizational levels.
Familiarity with digital transformation projects is a plus.
