About the role
- Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and optimize Paid Social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest for 6–10 eCommerce brands.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor performance daily and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets to achieve key metrics (MER, CAC, CPA, ROAS, CLTV).
- Creative Testing: Upload new creatives, run A/B tests, and provide clear creative feedback and direction to designers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal strategists, designers, and client teams to align campaign strategy with brand goals.
- Reporting & Insights: Analyze campaign data, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and propose actionable insights.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up to date on emerging trends, ad formats, and best practices in the eCommerce and social advertising space.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on Paid Social experience, preferably from a digital marketing or performance agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple eCommerce clients or brands simultaneously.
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager (ABO, CBO, ASC) and campaign scaling best practices.
- Familiarity with Shopify and eCommerce performance metrics (AOV, ROAS, MER).
- Proficiency in data interpretation using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Creative thinker with an analytical mindset and proactive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or any related field.
