About the role
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of multiple Shopify/Sanity stores
- Manage product setup, collections, SEO optimization (titles, tags, meta descriptions), and content updates
- Optimize product and collection pages for UX, SEO, and conversion
- Analyze sales and site performance using Shopify/Sanity analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Matrixify, Google Analytics)
- Manage integrations and workflows across Shopify/Sanity apps, including Okendo, Foursixty, and Klaviyo
- Implement and maintain consistent branding, product information, and promotional campaigns across all stores
- Lead the product data management process, including bulk updates, SKU mapping, and cross-store consistency using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure product visuals and descriptions align with campaigns
- Support fulfillment, order tracking, and issue resolution as needed
- Recommend improvements to streamline Shopify/Sanity processes, apps, and reporting
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities to improve e-commerce efficiency and customer experience
- Provide recommendations on new tools, integrations, and automations to enhance scalability
- Act as a subject matter expert on Shopify/Sanity best practices, apps, and workflow optimization
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Shopify/Sanity stores (multi-site experience highly regarded)
- Deep understanding of Shopify/Sanity ecosystem, including themes, apps, and integrations
- Strong technical skills — Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation), Shopify/Sanity reporting, and basic HTML/CSS for troubleshooting
- Proven ability to manage and optimize online stores independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights
- Experience with Okendo, Foursixty, Klaviyo, Airtable, or Monday.com preferred
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
